 Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between energy healing and therapy?

Energy healing is a body- and soul-centered process that focuses less on analyzing and more on feeling, sensing, and being.

While therapy often works with the mind and verbal processing, energy healing creates space for nonverbal wisdom—what your body, nervous system, and energy field may be holding.

No two sessions are ever the same. I meet you exactly where you are.

Some sessions may involve more talking and reflection, while others may invite you to drop in and receive energy work, somatic support, or guided meditation. The flow depends entirely on what arises in the moment and what your system needs.

Do you offer packages?

Yes. If you’re interested in working together for the long term, I offer discounted packages for 10 or more sessions. Just let me know, and we can co-create a plan that feels supportive for your journey.

Is this for me if I haven’t done plant medicine?

Absolutely. This space is for anyone ready to explore their inner world—regardless of whether you’ve worked with psychedelics or not.

While plant medicine can often catalyze deep healing, the truth is: your healing is already within you.

In this space, we explore whatever is present—memories, emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, confusion, self-inquiry, and more. You don’t need to have had any psychedelic experience to benefit deeply from this work.

How do I prepare for a session?

There’s no perfect way to prepare, but here are a few gentle suggestions to help you get the most from your time:

  • Try to limit caffeine and other substances on the day of your session

  • Hydrate and eat nourishing food beforehand

  • Wear something comfortable and create a quiet space if possible

  • Come with an open mind and heart, but also know that you can simply show up as you are

If you’re feeling off, emotional, disconnected, or uncertain—that’s welcome here too.

What if I’m nervous or unsure?

That’s completely okay. Starting something new can bring up a lot.

To help you feel safe and supported, I offer a free introductory Zoom session. It’s a no-pressure way to meet me, ask questions, and get a feel for the space I hold. You’ll know if it feels right.
